Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope

There is nothing like this movie. Nowhere can you find characters that you can feel for as much as these, or with a story that feels so real yet is a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. The lightsaber duel is clearly dated, but there is still more emotion in it than in some later duels (i.e. Obi-Wan, Anakin, Yoda vs. Dooku). It is always fascinating to watch the beloved characters come together, as if watching it for the first time (except a few characters, such as Yoda, who we don't meet until later episodes). While watching the closing scene, why do I find myself as proud as Han and Luke?
Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back

The same as A New Hope, but more. Excitement more than you could have imagined. The battle of Hoth, a sight to be remembered. And in the Bespin cloud city, drama like has never been seen before, as the heroes are betrayed and handed over to their mortal enemy, Han is taken away, and Luke discovers that his ultimate foe is also his father. Why, as Vader says the words, do we shiver to the bone?
