Batman Begins
I really enjoyed this movie. I thought they did a great job at discovering the begining of Batman. It was a different appraoch from the other movies, but I really like the dark approach.

Hot Fuzz
I just can't see this movie enough times. The more I see it, the more I like it. One of the best comedy films in a long time. I laughed so hard I nearly lost my voice. You will love it especially if you've seen cop "buddy" movies. Its not a parody of them, but more of an homage. Really well done. A definite must see.

I can't tell you how many times I saw this in the theater. Such a beatiful film. It does cut a bit from the book, but I love what they did add to it. I thought it was a real interpretation of the original material.

Transformers
An awesome summer movie! I felt like a kid again watching this movie. All of my memories of the original cartoon came back as I was watching the movie. Honestly, I was a little concerned how they would make a feature length movie about the Transformers, but was pleasantly surprised by a believable storyline. I also loved that they brought back the original voice of Optimus Prime. The only real negative thing about it was the length. It was nearly 2.5 hours long. Other than that, I thought it was really good, especially the special effects. It really looked like they were transforming in real life. All in all, a great summer movie.

Memoirs of a Geisha
Such a beautiful movie. I think they did a great job with the story (it followed the book relatively closely). The score was outstanding as well. You could really feel the music.

Bleach: Memories of Nobody 2006,  Unrated)
Bleach: Memories of Nobody
Strange happenings in Karakura Town and in the Soul Society collide have the soul reapers looking for answers. Back on Earth, Ichigo meets a strange girl claiming to be a soul reaper but what is she really and what will her existence mean for everyone?

This visually stunning movie will not only appeal to both fans of Bleach but non-fans alike. The musical score really was beautiful and added to the feel of the movie. I enjoyed the relationships and interactions of the characters as well as learning a little more about the Soul Society.

Serenity 2005,  PG-13)

Bleach: The DiamondDust Rebellion (Bleach: The Movie 2) (Gekijô ban Bleach: The DiamondDust Rebellion - Mô hitotsu no hyôrinmaru) 2007,  Unrated)
Bleach: The DiamondDust Rebellion (Bleach: The Movie 2) (Gekijô ban Bleach: The DiamondDust Rebellion - Mô hitotsu no hyôrinmaru)
When someone steals the sacred artifact known as the "King's Seal", Toushiro Hitsugaya goes after him as he was responsible. His absence does not go over well in the Soul Society and now they are all on the hunt for him. Ichigo finds a wounded Hitsugaya and tries to help him, but Hitsugaya is set on solving this mystery on his own.

From the beginning we are treated to beautiful visuals and a great soundtrack. This storyline is closer to the main Bleach story and those who have not yet seen or read the series may not understand all that is happening. I really enjoyed the new characters and once again learning more about the soul society (and how cruel it truly can be). This is really a fantastic movie that you can enjoy.
