I'm speechless..
This movie is just so....amazing.

This might sound weird but this is the first movie that made me to start paying attention about European cinema, call me late, but hey fuck you too. Malena is one of the best coming-of-age movie I've ever seen, in fact it's very underrated. Critic loves Tornatore's Cinema Paradiso more, but this is just as good as Cinema Paradiso. Ennio Morricone's scores just never fail to impress me. Monica Bellucci is the star of this movie, in fact, SHE is the movie. Giuseppe Sulfaro portrayal of little boy obsessed with the town's most hated woman is also unforgettable. I could watch this movie over and over again and still loves every second of it.

It doesn't need too many problems or complicated stuff to make a great drama, Ozu has proven that he can make one of the best drama with very simple lifelike family matter. It doesn't try to be melancholic but we as the viewer can feel the melancholy feeling. This movie sure will leave some something after you watch it.

This is one of the best movie of the year. This is the first movie that makes me don't even care about the story (which is quite depressing) and just watched the two main casts' acting... Leonardo diCaprio deserves a fucking Oscar for his amazing performance here (Kate already got it). I can feel the deep sadness and emptiness from both of them. What a comeback from world's most favorite couple. Definitely a must watch.

Never in my life had I watched such ridiculous movie, not until I watched this movie.. This is by far the stupidest movie I've ever seen.. but I really had great time, it's fucking hilarious and the songs.. Jesus Christ...

Totally awesome, love all the story esp the first and the last story about the ventriloquist. man, this movie is just beyond its time.. even for today's standard, this movie still scare the crap out of me...

This sci-fi horror is way too underrated. The first scene where everybody fainted is my fave scene and I always love all the scene with the pack of blonde kids, these kids created the horror atmosphere that I like when I watch movie like this.

All the beautiful and spectacular scenes just amazed me, I mean they made that shit almost 100 years ago!? seriously? Fritz Lang was sure man of a vision, he made great movies and his Metropolis is my fave of all time. I love the big set, the symbolism, the iconic Babel tower and that Vampire robot, that's what I call classic!

I love this documentary!
I gave it very high rating not because the director or the technique are great, it's because I LOVE ROCK N ROLL! I love all the songs featured here, from Beach Boys' Surfer Girl to The Ronettes' Be my Baby!

Morgan Freeman's narration is one of the key to this movie's greatness and along with Tim Robbin's amazing acting. and I love that old man Brooks with his heartbreaking story, it's a shame they didn't win any Oscar. I remember for almost a year, I kept quoting this movie like almost everyday. It doesnt sound that funny anymore today but still I can remember how much I love Borat.

I know there are so many people against or hate Titanic, okay the story is kinda cliche but I gotta say the lead cast show us one of the greatest chemistry in romantic cinemas and the special effect is awesome even for today's standard.. so, fuck the haters.

Baz Luhrmann's best movie ever. He reached the peak of his directing skill in this movie. He just successfully combining all genre of music from soul, pop, rock to classic, the set is also amazing, it's big, colorful and luxuriously beautiful. Ewan McGregor might not be a great singer but I just love him, and Nicole Kidman can never look more elegant. Two words to sum up this movie: Spectacular! Spectacular!

This is my first Audrey Hepburn movie and it was really really great! She and Gregory Peck represent what we call as true great couple. a real romantic classic!

Now I see why AFI put this movie on their top of the list of the best movie. This is a true masterpiece. Orson Welles was a genius.. I can't believe this movie was made in 1941! This is for sure beyond its time. The story and acting are superb! For sure this will be in my fave movie list.

Probably the best movie I have seen so far this year... Aaaawesome.. Kate deserves the Oscar! but this is not a movie for those who are not really comfortable with nudity and stuff... (for me? well fuck it.. this movie kicks ass).. Highly recommended.

Awesome.. this is a completely different love story, even though the narrator said this was a movie about bot met girl but not about love story.. still somehow this is a great love story, great visualization, casts and story.. Zooey was simply the perfect cast for the role.

It's just heartbreaking and beautiful.

It's a great romantic movie, the story itself is very simple but the chemistry from the lead actor and actress is just amazing. Not as good as the sequel but still this is amazing.

Now this is an interesting documentary, Mark Rappaport decided to get another actress to play Jean Seberg and we see the story based on first person point of view, it's like reading Seberg's journal, maybe that's why they call it from the Journal of Jean Seberg. Unlike the usual star's documentary, this one doesn't focus only in Jean's life, it also covers many things from other actress' careers (Jane Fonda & Vanessa Redgrave) to French's New Wave (Jean was the star of Godard's Breathless, one of the pioneer in French's New Wave). As for Jean Seberg's life itself, the life that she had was a pretty tough one, not so successful career, her nervous breakdown problem and even her issue with the FBI. Mary Beth Hurt was also brilliant and she resembles Seberg a lot.

fun fact: Mary Beth Hurt was also born in Marshalltown, Iowa, in 1948, attended the same high school as Seberg, and Seberg had been her babysitter.

Wow, this was a great non Hollywood musical In contrary with the colorful background and cheerful songs, Matsuko's life is actually very dark and sad, it's heartbreaking.

My most fave Hitchcock's movie.

Well you know what, fuck it, I'm a fan. I know that lots of people hate this movie with all their souls but to me personally this movie is too hilarious. I've seen this more than 5 times and still cant stop laughing at all scenes.

Holy shit, this is awesome. All the minimalist set reminds me of set for theater, I knew this was gonna be a different kind of movie from the very beginning and I just fell in love with all casts' amazing performance, esp. of course, Nicole fucking Kidman, my fave of all time. oh my, how I love the execution and the ending. Sweet sweet badass revenge.
