Superb film with terrific action and an amazingly illustrated story. Clint Eastwood is deserving of every award he received for this film and then some. The subtitles scared away the mainstream commercial audience, however I forgot that I was reading the subtitles about 10 minutes in to the movie because the visual presentation created by Eastwood capitalized the experience of seeing this story. I loved it! |

Favorite 80s movie bar-none. I can probably quote lines from every scene in this movie, I've seen it so many times. Definitely in my top 10. |

I read a few weeks ago that "Serenity" was rated the best sci-fi film of all time. I enjoyed it, but it doesn't hold a candle to the thought and execution brought to create "The Matrix." I feel this movie stands better alone than with the rest of the trilogy. The work by the main three, Reeves, Fishburne, and Moss, made this movie an instant classic. My favorite Sci-Fi movie of all time. |
