It's a quirky comedy, yes, and I do like a flick that dabbles in philosophy...it's just not what I remembered it to be. A little too earnest, a little too half-assed. I laughed out loud at Mark Wahlberg (highlight of the movie for me) but found that Schwartzman got on my nerves. I suppose I still like it, but upon recently re-watching it, it has to come off of the favorites list. |
