I love 80's movies. These are some of my favourites.

1	Girls Just Want to Have Fun 1985, PG) SJP, Shannen Doherty and Helen Hunt. Such a weird ensemble such a great movie!
2	Sixteen Candles 1984, PG) "I loathe the bus..." such an excellent 80s movie. I love it! And Jake Ryan is dreamy.
3	The Breakfast Club 1985, R) So many excellent quotes. "What's the deal are you guys like boyfriend-girlfriend? Steady dates? Lovers? Come on, Sporto, level with me. Do you slip her the hot beef injection?" I also love the library dancing.
4	Footloose 1984, PG) Best. Angry. Dance. Ever.
5	Ferris Bueller's Day Off 1986, PG) I must have seen this one about 20 times but I still like it. It's much much better to watch the DVD than the TV version. Cameron is definitely my favourite and the scene where he stares down the little boy in the painting is the best.
6	Cutting Class 1989, R) One of my favourite 80's horror movies! Not scary but really entertaining. All the teachers are so pervy. Also, features young Brad Pitt.
7	Pretty in Pink 1986, PG-13) I love this movie but I do have 2 gripes. 1. Steff doesn't wear socks with his shoes and his pants are short. 2. Andie takes two perfectly good prom dresses and ruins them to create one ugly dress.
8	Some Kind of Wonderful 1987, PG-13) Ms. Amanda Jones is trouble. Watts is the best by far.
9	Uncle Buck 1989, PG) The one thing that I can't get over is how heinous Tia treats her mom. But everything gets wrapped up in a neat little package.
10	Fright Night 1985, R) Not really scary but still a really great movie. Especially if you love vampire movies and the 80's. Which I clearly do.
11	Teen Witch 1989, PG-13) 1. Shana singing 2. Top That rap 3. The 80's fabulousness of it all and the many times you can see the boom mic or the studio ceiling in frame. I watch this repeatedly. I can also see why Polly likes Rhet. What a hot d-bag.
12	Adventures in Babysitting 1987, PG-13) Aside from the heavy advertisement for Clearasil, this movie is great and still a bit creepy. Brenda is the star, none of it would have happened without her.
13	Back to the Future 1985, PG) Just fantastic. I love how referenced this movie has become.
14	Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure 1989, PG)
15	The 'Burbs 1989, PG) Sweet movie! It's like a comedy-mystery.
16	Dance 'Til Dawn 1988, Unrated) Fantastic 80's prom movie. Better yet, made for TV! Lots of famous people in this movie too, including GRACE!! from Ferris Bueller.
17	Dirty Dancing 1987, PG-13) This is a good movie with a good sountrack. Nobody puts Baby in a corner. Remember that.
18	Fast Times At Ridgemont High 1982, R) Brad is my favourite, especially when he freaks out on the customer. GOLDEN.
19	The Goonies 1985, PG) One of my favourite 80's gems. I will watch anything with Corey Feldman.
20	The Outsiders 1983, PG) Stay golden, Ponyboy. I also love Matt Dillon.
21	This Is Spinal Tap 1984, R) This movie is fantastic. Obviously the "11" scene and the "how much more black could this be" scenes are hilarious but even funnier I find, is Nigel explaining his problem building sandwiches in the dressing room. And don't foget the midget stonehenge!
