Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace
You have to watch the movie 20 times to realize how awesome this movie really is. So much symbolism in the Star Wars world. On top of that the most BadA death scene in the history of movies. Sadly, underpar acting from the little kid and an unsure Obi-Wan pretty much spoil the movie. One day, when I get enough money, I will be remaking this film. This and the sequel to this one. They both have so much awesomeness that Lucas did not explore.

Hilarious. The chemistry wasn't quite there but it was funny enough to mask it.

High School Musical
Just saw the movie again the other day and was reminded of how awesome it truly is. The plot is wonderful. The music is catchy. The cast does a well enough job of making it all seem real making this one of the best musicals I know of.
