I liked Spencer Tracy in the original "A Guy Named Joe" but this version had the vision to pair Dreyfuss & Hunter; their personalities and acting style made this an outstanding movie.

28 Days Later
I don't care much for zombie movies but, aside from the predictable drive through the tunnel scene, it was well acted and had some thoughtful ideas.

I have two wishes: 1. that the infection took a realistic time to convert the victim and (2) the zombie things would have thrashed on each other. I mean, come on, if they are out of control, rage filled, unable to think zombies, why wouldn't they go after ANYTHING that moved? It's like they instantly had a secret agreement to get along with anyone who was infected....

Surprisingly, I liked this movie. I'll never forget the lines, "Get skinny!" and "What is the purpose of this circle?" I just died laughing.
