clap clap clap clap clap clap marvellous acting. i found it ironic that "the aquarium" depicts love accurately but was a failed novel, while "closer" also depicted love accurately (the deception, agony, depression blah blah blah) and became a success. the chemistry of the four twind together was epic, so epic that i felt sort of love sick. and no, this is not a good chick flick or anything you would want to watch with someone you really love at the moment. go watch this when you've suffered a major heartbreak, you'll feel your heart shattering all over again. last but not least, damien rice's song is the highlight of this film (the lyrics is actually a summary of what this film is about)
