I watched it again recently and it was even better! I discovered that I'm naturally drawn to 1st person narration in cinema, some of my favorites of all time all depict this style of filmmaking and they make me think all about the movie that much more. If it's done right it makes me wonder and worry about what's going to happen next in the story, intriguing me all the more. What I'm also fascinated by in this picture is not only the story and how well it's told but the fact that I live in the same area as the story is in and function in the exact areas as the characters from the movie function within! I mean, I work on the Paramount lot! So after I saw it again, I walked around the lot to studio 18, the Windsor Gate, amongst other places and ... was just totally blown away!!! I liked All About Eve, my #1 girl of all time had her cameo within, but Sunset Blvd. should've received the oscar.
