I loved this movie, it is hilarious and on top of that sentimental... real tear jerker. It's good to see a movie where the family isnt the fucking Brady Bunch and real life actually interferes.

Presque rien (Come Undone)
I have always been a fan of foreign film, and I think that this one definitely portrays the inner struggles that many of us have when we are trying to deal with the whole acceptance of being gay. I found it to be emotionally stimulating and the visuals... well they're just as exciting. Definitely a MUST HAVE for all gay film and foreign film fans!!!

Ok, So I know that I chose "Pan's Labrynth" as my favorite movie of 2006, but this is definitely #2!!!

It was nominated for "Best Film" by the Golden Globes, and the all star cast is just amazing!:
Anthony Hopkins, Demi Moore, Elijah Wood, Sharon Stone, Heather Graham, Laurence Fishburne, Helen Hunt, Joshua Jackson, Ashton Kutcher, Lindsay Lohan... The list goes on and on!

Directed by Emilio Estevez (who also stars in the movie with his father Martin Sheen), it is simply incredible! It is like no other history film I have ever seen and the way he brings a myriad of stories together for one pivotal moment is simply spectacular.

It had me in tears for over a minute!

GREAT MOVIE!

Amélie (Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain) 2001,  R)
Amélie (Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain)
I had seen bits and pieces of this film while I was living in Europe, but I never dedicated enough time to watching the entire movie, until today.

In this life there is this ultimate connection that we as humans crave, and it's that contact that is both physical and spiritual at the same time... the ultimate connection.

This movie allows the audience into the life of a woman who grew up with little interaction with the human race and who as an adult finds it to be the scariest thing in the world, to actually take the risk and allow somebody special into her life. But without risk in life, is anything really worth it???

I LOVED THIS MOVIE and am adding it to my all time favorite foreign films.
