JFK 1992,  R)
JFK
My favorite of all Kevin Costners films. Its about the assassination of President Kennedy and the conspiracy surrounding it. Gary Oldman is outstanding as Oswald. You don't even feel the 3 hours 12 mins pass.
2
The Shawshank Redemption 1994,  R)
The Shawshank Redemption
Brilliant movie coming from a brilliant short story by Stephen King
3
Bobby 2006,  R)
Bobby
Telling the story of the lives of people who worked or stayed in he Ambassador Hotel on the day Senator Kennedy was killed. I love the interlinking stories leading up to that terrible moment when we lost a great man

Mr. Brooks 2007,  R)
Mr. Brooks
Best movie I've seen Kevin Costner in in years. Its Costner as you've never seen him before. Hunt and Costner make a Deadly team. I just loved this movie.

Goal! The Dream Begins (Goal!: The Impossible Dream) 2005,  PG)
Goal! The Dream Begins (Goal!: The Impossible Dream)
If you have any interest in football this is the movie to watch. You get to follow his dream from the small town in Mexico to the heights of Saint James Park Newcastle. Though would have done better if he'd played for a good time like Man United.
7
Shag 1988,  PG)

A Gnome Named Gnorm (Upworld) 1990,  PG)
A Gnome Named Gnorm (Upworld)
I Love this film. A great mixture of jokes for kids and the hidden ones for adults. Gnorm is a tunnler who steals his worlds special stone to bring it up to the sun to be recharged. He arrives just in time to see a bust go bad and a guy being murdered. The killer makes off with Gnorms stone. Gnorm teams up with Detective Casey a slacker who is heading for a desk job for messed up bust. They must solve the case and find the stone before its to late for them both.
10
In Bruges 2008,  R)
In Bruges
Hired guns Ray and Ken are sent to Bruges after a botched job to wait instructions. For Ken Bruges is heaven with all the sights to see. For Ray its hell nothing to do all only look at crap buildings and wait for Harrys call. The humour is far from politically correct but thats what makes it so funny.

" If I'd grown up on a farm and was retarded, Bruges might impress me, but I didn't, so it doesn't. - Ray".

Its the best Irish comedy I've seen since the Commitments. Colin Farrell is in the role he was born to play.
11
The War 1994,  PG-13)
The War
I rented this film because Kevin Costner was in it and was blown away by the story, the acting and how it didn't need to focus on the adults. The kids took centre stage and had no problems in knowing what to do with it. One to watch
12
The Dead Zone 2002,  R)
The Dead Zone
I love this show. The characters are likeable and the stories are always different. I love the different ways they use Johnnys gift. Anthony Michael Hall is excellent and sexy as hell.
13
Just Write 1998,  PG-13)
Just Write
Harold a tour bus driver meets Hollywood movie star Amanda Clark. Amanda mistakes Harold for a writter and asks him to rewrite her new movie. Now Harold must keep his true job from her while trying to learn the one she thinks he has.

Jeremy Piven is brilliant. He makes Harold so charming, loveable & romantic. You can't help but root for him. He gets to do what all us movie lovers dream of doing.
14
The Goodbye Girl 1977,  PG)
The Goodbye Girl
A couple forced together when Paula's boyfriend (an actor) disappears and sub-lets there apartment with out her knowing to Elliot (an actor) for 3 months. With Paula refusing to leave they come up with a deal to share the apartment. At first hating each it quickly turns to love but having being left by one actor will Elliot turn out to be the same.

I loved this film. Richard Dreyfuss was brilliant. His Richard III is the funniest thing I've seen in ages. Would recommend this movie to everyone.
