Oh my goodness...what a total Classic!!!! I am and always be a Ducki-holic!!! But all the characters are awesome, even the @$$ Steff...perfection. Duckie is the man and I always wished to have a friend like that. Jon Cryer is the man and I really wish some of his others hilarious movies would get more attention. |

In the Heat of the Night 1967, Unrated)
This is one of my all time fav movies. First time I saw this I was I think 6 or 7 and I couldn't understand why they were treating "Mr Tibbs" like that. Unfortanatly I came to understand and I love how he handles it all with grace and dignity and how he teaches the Police Chief a little something. I still jump for joy when he slaps back the "white man". One of the best movies ever made. |

The story was insane and I loved every minute of it. I truly hope they make all 7 books into movies! AWESOME |

Mamma Mia! 2008, PG-13)
I usually don't like Musicals much. I am still in love with the remake of Hairspray and I have to admit this one ranks right there with it. This was so much fun and I just loooooved the music. I've been a fan of ABBA for a long time and their music especially bring back alot of memory from my childhood. Loved it... |

Babylon A.D. 2008, PG-13)
Sigh, what can I say...Vin Diesel...! Can't do no wrong, the face, the voice, the body...the whole package. I didn't know what to expect, but surprisingly I actually very much liked it. I am a fan of the not so cookie cutter movie anyways so I got very much into it. I liked the story and the ending was left open a little. As I said though...Vin can do no wrong...lol |

Biohazard: Degeneration (Resident Evil: Degeneration) 2008, R)
I'm in heaven...this was great. Just like the games and a super fix for me till RE5 comes out in a couple of month. Loved that Leon and Claire came back together and it was done on the same style as the games. I was so tempted to pick up a controller and go to town shooting the place. lol Awesome...like I said I am in heaven |

Milk 2008, R)
OMG I'm still speechless, this was absolutely amazing. The whole package...Cast was so damn good, script outstanding and the execution overall was immaculate. Such an inspirational movie. I was laughing, mad, overjoyed, sad and happy all in this adventure and I loved it. I just wish Mr Milk would have been around to see how far we've come!!! |

Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist 2008, PG-13)
I totally didn't wanna see this movie at all. The previews really didn't interest me. But my Daughter wanted to see it so we made Friday night out of it...and I absolutely loved this movie. OMG, this was awesome. It was funny, intense...and I am so glad i watched it. Gotta love Michael Cera, that kid is great. loved it!!! |

Oh this was sooo cute. What an excellent movie. I loved this so much. I went through all these emotions, I laughed, I cried, I was mad and happy...what a beautiful mix. I usually don't like these movies that much but I totally fell in love with this one. Gotta Love Aniston and Wilson, they were great. I so recommend this. |

Fast & Furious 2009, PG-13)
Ah, finally. Took them a long time to get back together, but it was well worth the wait. I loved it. I hated the 2nd and 3rd. Vin Diesel jumped right back as Dom, Paul Walker didn't seem to have any problems either. Why they had to kill of one my fav characters who knows, but it fit the story. Fast races, shiny cars, hot bods...the whole package. Anyone who loved the 1st, needs to see this. |

Knowing 2009, PG-13)
I just love Nic Cage's Movies! 99% of them anyways. The guy made some of my fav movies!! This one included. i love the whole alien theme anyways and this one is no different. The disaster action scene are a little too real looking and freaked me out a bit. Reminded me a bit of the Number 23, but this was gooood. The premise I enjoyed and the execution was well done. I think he hasn't made too many i didn't like. This was great for an afternoon with my Mom and Daughter, great for my Mother's Day!!!! |

Underworld: The Rise of the Lycans 2009, R)
Well first of all I've been dying to see this and I was not dissapointed at all. I did miss Selene, she is the one that made the first 2 so successful, but since this one was a prequel...! I totally loved how they explained a lot of this and how things came to be. Excellent story telling and execution. The end totally made me hope that they will make at least one more to explain a few more things...I'm absolutely for that. Loved it. |

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button 2008, PG-13)
Wow this was long...but so well worth it. What an incredible journey this man took. It sucked me in right from the beginning and I never once lost interest. This story was amzingly well told and the Cast was just perfect. I was a little hesitant to watch this because it was so long, but I cannot say enough about this wonderful Movie. This is so worth the time and I can only tell anyone to watch it!!! |

That Touch of Mink 1962, Unrated)
Oh what a beautiful classic. I just love Doris Day and her funny romantic movies. What a classy lady. Her leading man this time was Cary Grant and so miss the movies they used to make. So wonderful. This one was so cute. 2 people trying to fall in love and trying to also avoid at all cost. The supporting cast was also very amazing and this was perfect for my sunday afternoon. Aother one added to my Day collection...loved it!!!! |

He's Just Not That Into You 2009, PG-13)
This was totally not what I expected!!!!! I thought this was going to be a complete silly comedy but instead it turned out to be a very sincere sweet story about people and their relationships! The cast was amazing, so many of my fav actors/actresses, incredible. How many of us been through the dating cycles, had our hearts broken and been dumped? Oh this was very very good and it was a wonderful good surprise to watch this. Everyone should see this, this is not just a chick flick...I loved it! |

Revolutionary Road 2008, R)
So I finally got to see what the fuss was all about and omg was I ever impressed. Now i remember why I watched Titanic a hundred times. Kate and leo are one incredible powerful duo on the big screen. Those 2 young people are some very very powerful actors and to bring them toghether in this amazing story was pure genius. They had me sucked in from beginning to end and they had me suffer with them, that's how convincing they were. What a masterpiece!!! |
|
| 77 |
Hatari! 1962, G)
This is till one of my all-time-fav's of all time. The Cast is incredible and i just love John Wayne and Hardy Krueger. I love the setting for this in Africa about animal "hunters". They hunt to sell the animals to Zoo's all over the world. Intersting how they caught the poor animals back in the day, very stressful for the catcher and the prey. The stories surrounding this setting are heartwarming and funny. This one is still after all these years worth every minute and I still laugh at all the funny parts. I love it!! |
|

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen 2009, PG-13)
Loved this one, just like the last one. If you love FX, explosions out the ..., action to come out of your ears, funny skids and dialogs plus a cast thats to die for, this is for you. I can't say enough about the FX, absolutely mindblowing. The robot fighting scenes are unreal in a good way. The story was a little eh that's why I'm only giving it 4 1/2 stars, but overall I'm a huge fan. They had me laughing so hard, I actually had tears in my eyes at at least 3 different times and I caught myself gasping for air with the action. Awesome movie...I loved it!!! |
|
| 79 |
Disturbia 2007, PG-13)
This was very well made, I remember Shia in Holes (hehe), he sure is growing up to be a serious actor, good for him...and yes we all have that one neighbor that scares the crap outta of us...lol. Hadn't actually seen this in a while and i still think this was great. Excellent thriller and pretty creepy. The cast is amazing and I can only recommend this. nice little remake of a classic. Still one of my fav movies to watch over and over. |

Inglourious Basterds 2009, R)
Wow,this movie as awesome!!!!! I was in heaven. Quentin, Eli,Brad,german...what more could I ask for? I Hhaven't laughed that hard in along time. What a friggin genuis Tarantino is. I love his visions for movies and his brillint executions. The story was funny, I can't help it but it was genuis. The cast was incredible and I was in heaven with all the german, felt almost ike home. haha. Brad Pitt was funny as hell and as soon as we walked out of the theatre I anted to watch it again! Like I said..pure genuis!!! |

The Spider Woman, (Sherlock Holmes and the Spider Woman) 1944, PG)
Again, a great tale masterminded by Sherlock Holmes and the lovable Dr Watson. Excellent story as always. Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce are incredible on screen together and I keep getting lost in their adventures. What wonderful story yelling without the blood and gore they need nowadays to keep you sucked in. Total classic...never a waste of time...just a gold ole timing enjoying a perfect movie. |
