The Gods Must Be Crazy 1981,  PG)
The Gods Must Be Crazy
Our most beloved bushman and an incredibly refreshing comedy - funny yet enlightening at the same time with its National Geographic atmosphere
11
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels 1999,  R)
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels
Lock Stock will be forever linked to Snatch, but it is a great movie on its own, more original and in many ways better. You can't help but laughing while rooting for your ragtag gang of amateur crooks. I think whichever Guy Ritchie film you watched first will be your favorite.
12
Galaxy Quest 1999,  PG)
Galaxy Quest
Hilarious, yet consistent in the science fiction genre, and not over the top like Leslie Nielsen. One of the funniest films ever... a must-see for Star Trek fans.
13
Forrest Gump 1994,  PG-13)
Forrest Gump
This box of chocolates is all good from start to finish.
14
The Shawshank Redemption 1994,  R)
The Shawshank Redemption
Andy Dufresne's amazing willpower puts Tony Robbins to shame.
15
This Is Spinal Tap 1984,  R)
This Is Spinal Tap
This original mockurockumentary is one brilliant piece of rare improvised comedy on film. I would rate it up to eleven!
16
Groundhog Day 1993,  PG)
Groundhog Day
Seen it 20 times, multiplied by the 50 repetitions of Groundhog Day in the film, but it never gets boring.
17
Das Boot (The Boat) 1981,  R)
Das Boot (The Boat)
Germans scared stiff? Highly realistic depiction of WWII from one captain's perspective.
