Quite inferior compared to The Prestige.Nice magic scenes,but we've seen better.Edward Norton pretty much proves that he can hold a movie on his own,although Paul Giamatti and Rufus Sewell do steal the thunder at times.Shocker at the ending,but then again i still prefer The Prestige in every sense.

Starkly hillarious and deeply moving.Wanted Alan Arkin to stay longer though,for he brought all the much needed humour to the show.Kudos for the deserving oscar!!Laughed at the beginning,cried at the middle and cheered at the end.By far, one of the best dysfunctional-family films i've watched so far.Recipe for the movie: coke snorting granpa+perfectionist dad+beauty pageant wannabe daughter+gay suicidal brother+stressed out mom+troubled teenage son= a film that has been robbed of its oscars!!

Finally!!! After a series of disappointing summer blockbuster,Transformer seriusly 'transformed' my perspective on the 2007 summer releases! The graphics are mind-blowing, and there were never a dull moment despite the (rather) long screen time.But definitely not as long as Pirates though, and that was a lousy piece of ****. The casts are beautiful to look at, especially Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel and Shia LeBouf. Plus the entertaining, though lame-at-times jokes by Shia. Screen stealers are without question, the Autobots and Decepticons. Plus Bumblebee is so adorable!!! Definitely heading to the cinema again...and maybe again. Ultimate masterpiece by Michael Bay and not to be missed!!

Simple, sweet and endearing movie portraying the short biography of Beatrix Potter, the author and illustrator of the Peter Rabbit series. Renee Zellweger played the part well enough, although the same cant be said about Ewan Mcgregor. The supporting casts provide enough humour and drama to the movie, especially by Emily Watson. A good watch on lazy Sunday afternoon.
