The Lion King
This will ALWAYS be my favorite movie. No matter what.
2
Batman Begins 2005,  PG-13)
Batman Begins
The casting is amazing Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Liam Neeson, Gary Oldman. Neeson is the "bad" guy, while Oldman is the good guy. I watched it three times in two days, i just love it!
3
Dirty Dancing 1987,  PG-13)
4
The Prestige 2006,  PG-13)
The Prestige
Oh what i wouldnt give to be on that set. I figured out Borden's big secret before the reveal, absolutely brilliant. Love Nolan, Love Bale, Love Johanssen.
5
The Notebook 2004,  PG-13)
6
The Dark Knight 2008,  PG-13)
The Dark Knight
I'm a little later than most here, but i LOVE this movie. I wanted to wait until the shock/hype following Mr. Ledger's death settled before i watched it. It a very good setup for another movie; Batman being hunted. Christian Bale is a doll, of course, but he really does wonderful work as Wayne/Batman again. Heath Ledger has a very Tommy Lee vibe to his character, but who doesnt love Tommy Lee? Only 4.5 stars, though because i dont like Maggie Gyllenhaal for Rachel, i think she lacks the softness-meets-determination and strength that the character needs.

The Virgin Suicides
Holy crap i loved this movie! It is a very pretty movie, the shots and the music are beautifully combined. The story is very unique, even if its a little... creepy and depressing. The boy's adoration of the girls puts the story into an interesting perspective. Its a third person that essentially knows nothing.
