holy cow. i feel completely... what's the polar opposite of "disappointed"? Fulfilled? Sated? Enlightened (pardon the pun, if you've seen the movie)? Wow. Aside from that, very intriguing cinematography and use of color/light. Gorgeous. Even if you don't care about the subject/theme of the movie, physically watching it is brilliant. The only questionable aspect of the movie is the difference in volume... it has to be deliberate, but I can't figure out to what end. Nevertheless, I breathe a huge sigh of contentment. |
