The ending is just awesome. An awesome surprise that explains all, without a word, without prolonging and without a doubt, fantastic!

God damn you Kubrick, yer so brilliant!!!I can figure this movie out by at least 5 different stories (meanings). Til this day, nothing surpasses stanley kubrick by this movie. No, not even Stephen Spielberg.

I thought Up was the best animation in 2009. I was wrong. Mary and Max is the best. Though it was claymated, the characters were very real, and each &every one of them were depicted very well through consistent detailings. A nicely done drama&story. Emotionally intriguing. Despite of its plotholes (i.e using dogs as test subjects, not sure if their genes are anywhere near humans,etc), I pretty much enjoy the story, it's way out of its time. very well shot&directed. The atmosphere, the daughter is so strange and creepy..And woa..the ending..rreeaaallyy fascinates me!
