You, Me and Dupree AI felt was a mediocre film with a few laughs, but in the end really didn't stand out. The film is funny, but I felt that something was missing to really make it special. I felt that the film could have been much better than it turned out to be. The films conte... read more

I debated if this movie was even worth rating, not really. Seth Rogen's brief cameo, as I refer to it as, is the only laugh during the whole two hours

A funny and interesting movie, but it really had nottory or point to it.

Not as horrible as I expected but then Owen Wilson seems to make bad films watchable.

A sort of mix of a few ideas from a few more successful rom-coms I felt. Has a few funny moments and a strong cast who are from some good comedies. Worth a watch but not a patch on the likes of Meet the parents.

You, Me and Dupree seems to have been made by people who don't know the difference between a light comedy and an inconsequential one. Full Review
Amiable if ragtag.
This is the worst movie Wilson has made since he graduated from being Jackie Chan's punch line. Full Review
Gifted though [the directors] may be in smaller doses, they're a long way from mastering the art of feature-length comedy. Full Review
Wilson deserves better, too. He's too smart to make me believe he'd actually think this movie is funny. Full Review
Watching [Wilson] mug wildly in another uneven film short on plot, the audience may start to wish he would go away for awhile and stop turning up in such repetitive comedies. Full Review
Think of the uncompromisingly mediocre comedy You, Me and Dupree as a referendum on whether audiences are tiring of Owen Wilson's beatific stoner dude character as rapidly as I am.
Wilson, Dillon and Hudson are likable stars, and there are moments when their characters make a convincing circle of friends. But the Russo brothers don't have the maturity to blend the two prongs of ... Full Review
