Ben Kingsley is the most likeable Hitman ever, this film has such a subtle humour to it, it?s strange to say, but it has a feel good factor about this film.
A great performance from Kingsley as always and a good performance from Tea Leoni.
It?s not the type of comedy where ... read more -

You Kill Me is an odd little black comedy that could've been a hell of a lot more if it wasn't so uneven and sometimes... mediocre. When it was on it was gold but when it was off, the word unremarkable is a very polite way to put it. Ben Kingsley was great and his backup from the... read more

I love this idea for a film. Everyone is okay with Frank's livelihood, just not his lifestyle. The very funny script culminates for me in the exchange between a rival hitman and Frank's girlfriend: "Frank's not who you think he is." She then demonstrates that she does, in fact, k... read more

It is a pretty dark movie. "Hi my name is Frank and I'm an alcoholic and my 9-5 job is killing people. Damn drinking messes me up". Nobody seems to mind.

Critic Reviews
One of those self-consciously quirky indie films that will strike some as comic genius while leaving the rest of the audience scratching their head. Full Review
A strong performance by the reliable Kingsley, and a tartly sweet one from Leoni, keeps You Kill Me from turning into the bad joke the title implies. Full Review
A film whose deft blend of action thrills and gallows humor packs a jaunty kick and a firing-range boom. Full Review
With strong lead performances and sure-footed direction, You Kill Me isn't terrible, it's just not nearly as smart or interesting as it should be or as it seems to think it is. Full Review
It's a predictable but acridly pleasant 12-step bonbon: self-help noir. Full Review
Given a choice between a dark film with comic elements and a comedy that purports to be edgy, the filmmakers took the easy way out. Full Review
Along with the splendid principals, [the secondary cast] round out an extraordinarily accomplished ensemble. Full Review
Everybody hits just the right notes...It's just a lot of fun.
For an hour and a half it exerts its own preposterous reality, making you believe it -- and like it. Full Review
