His longtime friend and guitarist Karel Plihal accompanies them for theraputic reasons of his own. British punk and classical musician Jaz Coleman of Killing Joke makes an appearance, as do numerous Czech filmmakers (Jan Hrebejk, Sasa Gedeon).
