I tried reading the book about 3 different times and I was so excited when I saw this was on tv. I came in right where I left of with the book so that is was good/bad. I love Ralph Fiennes and that is why I wanted to see this specific adaption of the book. Juliet Binoche is fanta... read more

Wuthering Heights is a beautiful story about Heathcliff who falls for his foster sister Cathy. They have a strange love for each other that tears them apart.

I have never read the book but I considered the film to be a very unique passionate love story. It has it's flaws (as the plot sypnosis reads it lacks grace) but it does not stop it from being a good overall film.

A great movie! Great story, amazing characters from Emily Bronte. A tale of tragedy and unrequited love. Deeply touching. Great cast!

not bad version of this story this one sticks closer to the book but I still prefer the 1939 olivier version best.

WUTHERING HEIGHTS could be recommended only to those already interested in the novel. Full Review
Filled with a dark brooding atmosphere suitable to its theme of doomed love. Full Review
It's an unmotivated, loose script with a rambling tale and impotent casting that degrades this otherwise mildly satisfying hanky-fest. Full Review
Peter Kosminsky's Wuthering Heights is a drone, depressing, and exhaustively revolting excuse for entertainment Full Review
