This movie is worth seeing for the megawatt charisma of Elvis and Ann Margaret and the sparklingly entertaining musical numbers. It's not just the charisma of these two, but their chemistry, by far the best chemistry Elvis had with any co star in all of his mostly forgettable fil... read more

This is one of the most popular Elvis movies, it's played on TV the most too, so if you're a fan don't miss it, it's one of his best.

I saw it once and barely remembered it. I want to say I liked it but now that I think about it I pissed my pants every time Ann-Margaret started singing.

A wildly-entertaining little flick featuring some amazing high-energy song and dance numbers by legends Elvis Presley and Ann-Margret. The story is weak and predictable, the pace is fast and rushed but the mood of this film is the reason to watch it. It will put you in such a hyp... read more

Fairly fun little movie starring Elvis Presley and Ann-Margret. Felt a bit silly and predictable at times but Presley and Ann-Margret really do work well together. Would of given this a three but I'll give an extra half star for the catchy "My Rival" song by Ann-Margret

Lovin The King and that sexy, vivacious, (did I mention sexy) tigress, Ann Margaret. Classic Elvis with glitz and that Vegas feel good in Sin City

Viva Las Vegas was on TCM last night. There is something magical about Elvis and Anna-Margaret.
The songs are classic and the dancing is plain fun. "Appreciation " is one of my all time Ann-Margaret favorites.
I love the whole remake of Ray Charles " What I Say". The scene is c... read more -

Cheesy Elvis goodness. Go into it expecting some good Elvis songs, Ann-Margret looking HOT, and a nice bit part with William Demarest, and you'll be completely satisfied. Has one of the quickest endings in movie history.

Vulgar, spirited, and neglected director George Sidney meets his match with this 1964 Elvis Presley vehicle. Full Review
Coming on a balmy day, with no pretensions of art, Viva Las Vegas, the new Elvia Presley vehicle, is about as pleasant and unimportant as a banana split. And as fetching to look at, it might be added. Full Review

Vegas ad is a nonstop song-and-dance delight. Full Review
Presley's one really good musical, mainly because it features a female costar, Ann-Margret, who can match the coiffed one in the charisma stakes. Full Review
One of Elvis Presley's best films, Viva Las Vegas benefits from the exuberant direction of MGM vet George Sidney, the young and sexy Ann-Margret as romantic interest, and over 12 melodic songs that ta... Full Review
...a cut above most of Elvis's movies, but, unfortunately, it still comes off as little more than an upscale nightclub revue. Full Review
Directed by George Sidney, it has a carefree spirit as opposed to the carelessness of the other films, and for once Elvis is paired with a worthy co-star. Full Review
