WHAT THE HELL WAS THIS? this was one retarded movie. trash. this is one of those movies that you would see in a CVS pharmacy 1 dollar dvds basket on the way bottom.

Well, a lot action in a movie can be good, but sometimes if you put it too much, it can be a weaker point too, just like this movie.... The action scene with the motor racing thing was great, knowing that motor is more difficult to be filmed than car... The story just okay, but o... read morene thing that I don't like from this movie is the cast... Martin Henderson don't fit for the main character of this movie... He's not cool, not handsome, and more important that he's not winning everybody's heart... But the worst came from Ice Cube... He really really didn't fit to the role he played in this movie... If I have to be honest, maybe he's not destined to be an actor... The other cast just okay, just that two actors that make a big hole to this movie, besides the action scene that too much and the 'amateur' directing style this movie have....

Everyone has a guilty pleasure movie they enjoy. THIS is one of those for me. It's bad. Oh, WOW, is it bad. But that's why I enjoy it so much. Bad cheesy acting, insane action, and hot chicks battling it out ninja-style while riding motorcycles. What's not to love?!?

A cool MTV style movie about biker gangs. A bit like Fast and Furious but on 2 wheels instead. It has a cool, young cast, thumping soundtrack and some good chase scenes. Slightly over do the SFX in some scenes getting way beyond reality but overall an enjoyable action film.

Total guilty pleasure. I cackle at its badness.

Cool The Fast and the Furious on motorbikes best sums up this actioner full of mediocre dialogue, amateurish CGI and blatant product placement.

A short, stiff, egomaniacal, and hopelessly cliched piece of crap.

The greatest motorcycles movie. A lot has changed in the biker-movie genre since Hell's Angels on Wheels, and Torque may be the new benchmark of feverish chopper action.

Cary Ford returns to Los Angeles after spending six months in Thailand, where he fled to avoid being framed as a drug dealer. It turns out that Ford was actually holding bikes for the real drug-dealer, Henry James (Matt Schulze), leader of a motorcycle gang, the Hellions who want... read mores his bikes and his drugs back. Meanwhile, Cary has managed to get himself in a bit of a spat with the leader of a rival bike gang named the Reapers, led by Trey (Ice Cube), and when Henry James notices the friction, he decides to kill Trey's brother and frame Cary to attempt to flush him out. All the while, Cary is being tailed by two zealous DEA agents, Agent McPherson (Adam Scott) and Agent Henderson (Justina Machado) who are still convinced that Cary is a drug dealer. Will Ford run away again or to try and clear his name?

This movie is a lot more fun than most of the previous reviewers have given it credit for. We have street bikes, sizzling hot babes in tight leather outfits and good looking young studs, a biker gang that resembles the Hell's Angels, cocky cops dressed in thousand dollar suits who ride around in expensive vehicles, throw in some outrageous stunts mix it all together with explosives and we have a fast paced movie we can call Torque", with unstoppable action and a feast for action lovers and video-games fans.

Thankfully, Torque knows what it wants to be ... and flashes a jocular self-awareness about its genre affiliation. Full Review
