    This romantic comedy is just what the title says, about a "Tomboy". There are a couple of good romantic scenes, and a bit of fun, but in the end it's all for nothing. Overall, it's watchable, but not a good movie.

    First of all, I have to say that I was very surprised to realize that the woman who played JIgsaw's wife in the Saw series, Betsy Russell had starred in a fun/corny '80s rom-com, showing a healthy amount of skin in the process. Russell is super cute in the title role, playing a ... read moregearhead who bucks tradition by being a ::girl:: who actually knows a lot about cars and shows up her male peers time and again.

    As with a lot of '80s material, it's fun (if predictable), and well worth a look if you're into some enjoyable T & A to pass the time
