A good adaptation, but I felt that the inculsion of peril from which Nan had to be resuced by Diana rather unnecessary.

Entertaining period drama, yet far behind the brilliant novel.
I heard they are making a remake with Beyonce Knowles and Eva Longoria (by Sofia Coppola) - I am doubtful, though excited about the, uhm, talented cast. Call me big old macho if you like... ;-) -

Ohh yeah, this one was a shocker to me, the acting added with the full blunt (and excessive) sex scenes only makes you crave for more, oh and lets not forget about the humor in this too!!! :D
