From T2 to modern day B-Movie star, Edward Furlong continues to be mesmerizing on the big screen. His performance in The Visitation was amazing and overlooked, because of its small budget and direct-to-video status. This film is what every horror movie aspires to be, truly scary!... read more

Quite the odd film... but it definitely was entertaining, that's for sure..

This has to be the eeriest film I've ever seen. A man pretending to be Jesus and fooling everyone is creepy enough, but once that embittered ex-pastor starts lookiing into it, it's downright scary.

This movie was just ok. It did not have the cool scenes like I expected. The movie was weak and had no realism. The parts where the evil came out of the people look like a copy cat of the Green Mile.

I'm usually not one for religion movies, but this movie is really suspensful and interesting. Ed Furlong did an awesome job, he really got into his role.

Very scary, but hey if somebody like me has to have a messiah, Edward Furlong would be it, although at first I hated his charecter & saw him as pure evil, at the end, I actually wound up feeling sorry for the guy.
Critic Reviews
The first half of The Visitation moves slowly and surely, building an appropriate level of edgy suspense before disintegrating into standard horror-flick clichés. Full Review
You could rent it for the religion, the kooky cast, or for the B-movie fun of it. Full Review
There's not an awful lot of blood and gore, but the elements of horror and suspense are definitely there and Henson does a great job of bringing them to the fore. Full Review
