Oh wow, why? Why?! I don't even know if this warrants a review. It's like Spy Kids 2 meets Jackie Chan meets... severe overproduction. Who, in their right mind, thought this would be a good idea when it was pitched? Seriously.
If It weren't for Jackie Chan this would be a horrible film, the script is pretty bad and Jennifer Love Hewwit is just annoying. It does however raise a few laughs which make it almost worthwhile.

a run-of-the-mill action flick, complete with a kung-fu expert trying to act and an extremely hot sidekick, also trying to act.
If you think of this as a kid?s movie, then it?s a fun novel idea and very easy watching, it certainly raised a few chuckles, although Jiennifer Love Hewett was a little annoying in parts and isn?t the typical kind of comedy partner we have come to expect for Jackie Chan.

Funny comedy about a taxi driver who becomes entangled in a mission to save the water supply from contamination and he does this with a magic tux! A different Jackie Chan movie.
This overproduced and generally disappointing effort isn't likely to rouse the Rush Hour crowd.
This movie is about the worst thing Chan has done in the United States.
It's drab. It's uninteresting. It squanders Chan's uniqueness; it could even be said to squander Jennifer Love Hewitt!
