At first the movie promises little but very little, after the story is distorted and collapsed, and turned the movie boring, childish and predictable, laughable characters and dialogue and a villain that leaves much to be desired.

I'm not even sure this movie deserves a rating. It doesn't even deserve to be a movie. The animation was amazing for it's time...everything else, suckass.
