A loving father, Roger simply doesn't have the money to fund his son's college education. Noting that a local basketball tournament boasts a $50,000 award for the winning team, Roger recruits all of his vertically challenged friends to go for the gusto. But in order to win they'll need the "right man for the middle," and what better candidate than Rodman?
