This Collection of Cartoons are all fantastic and introduce some of Disney's most memorable characters my favorite being Tigger

There wasn't anything on television, so I figured I would watch "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh." I grew up watching Winnie the Pooh, and I have to say that I was impressed with this movie. The movie includes a few short stories that involve Pooh, Piglet, Rabbit, and the ... read morerest of the characters from Winnie the Pooh. In the first one, Pooh goes on a quest for honey. The second one is about a blustery day which turns into a major flood. Finally, in the third one, Rabbit teams up with Pooh and Piglet to find a way to get Tigger to quit bouncing.
Any kid that likes Winnie the Pooh will definitely like this movie. I'm grown, but I still like watching a good cartoon movie every now and then, and I'm glad I chose to watch this one. Some of the parts you'll remember from the movie are when Pooh gets stuck for days in Rabbit's hole, when Pooh and Piglet find a way to become heroes, and when Tigger just won't quit bugging Rabbit. This is a good movie for anyone that likes cartoons. Loved watching this with my niece today. Made me feel like a child all over again. NOTE: That was my Amazon review from the year 2000

There was a time where the very ending of this movie did a number on me. Now, many years later, I can appreciate The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh as nostalgia that leaves a warm feeling of happiness every time you see it. Problem is now my nearly two year-old daughter wants... read more to watch it (and nothing else) at least twice a day. As a result I'm trying really hard to resist hating or becoming burnt out on something I once loved. Still great animation with lots of personality and an overall fun watch.

I'm fond of the classic Disney Winnie the Pooh films. The characters are so colorfully painted and voiced. The 100-Acres Wood is a nice fantasy setting. It's all very comforting to visit these animals. It feels very non-commercial. Winnie the Pooh may have inspired Homer Simpson.... read more The theme song is a beautiful thing.

3rd of the "Do it Like Walt" era

The animation is beautifully done here, and is a huge improvement over the last film. The characters are all simplistic but cute, while the locations have a nice look to it that will remind people of the stories in the source material.

The m... read moreusic is nice and pleasant. It'll be hard to get them off your mind after watching the film.

The characters are all great and memorable, which should be of no surprise considering everyone nowadays have grown up and love them. It's too easy to fall in love with these characters especially considering that in pretty much any show or film that has been made the characters are always fun to watch, the only really notable exception is the show featuring the young red headed she devil.

There's three, enjoyable stories in the film. The first revolves around Pooh getting stuck after eating too much honey, the second revolves around the Blustery Day or Winds Day as they call it, and the last is about Rabbit trying to get Tigger to stop bouncing. Each is fun but the best would be the Blustery Day, it just has the most memorable moments in the film.

The only weakness is that for the most part non of the shorts were original and both made and released years before this came out. Still that won't be much of a bother for this film and as Tigger puts it, it's fun fun fun fun.

Up next: well this is pretty cute for kids and- WHOA is that a topless women?!? (not sure how many of you will get this reference.)

A collection of the three Pooh shorts Disney had already animated in the late 60's/early 70's The Many Adventures is never-the-less a timeless classic for the younger viewers and likely is still near and dear to many adults hearts today. While most package films quality dips on ... read morethe strength on each short all three stories and strong and memorable with no weak moments. Memorable songs (though no real classics) that'll get stuck in your head and buzz around all day long.

Their charm is undeniable, though it mainly resides in the source material: the late 60s, when these were made, were Disney's darkest days for craft and commitment. Full Review

One of the most charming of all Disney features... like anyone else, when I see it I am swiftly and inexorably carried back to childhood, in accordance with the drippy clichés. Full Review
