A woman goes into the hospital to have a tumor on her neck looked at, it turns out that the growth is in fact a 400-year-old Indian Shaman. Tony Curtis, Burgess Meredith and a Medicine Man team up to prevent it from from taking over the world.

    Strange hokiness ensues...

A 400-year old Indian shaman reincarnates himself as a tumor in a woman's back, and a fortune telling charlatan (Tony Curtis) must harness the power of ancient Indian medicine and the modern electric typewriter to stop him from bringing Satan into the world. The movie-star cast ... read moremostly plays the ridiculous premise straight-faced, and along with the cheap but colorful sfx (dig that cosmic climax!) they keep this entertaining throughout, something "better" written and directed movies often can't seem to do.

I always reminise on this film and so I decided to watch it after 20 or so years and well its not so bad. Its a sci fi / horror/ occult film based in San Fransisco. Its kind of funny and not scary but its not bad.

Ok, so wait...ok...The movie starts out with this lady trying to get a tumor surgically removed. When the doctor tries to operate, he can't do it because the tumor is actually the fetus of an evil baby Native American midget. That's biophysically impossible on so many levels, so ... read morethe suspensio...n of disbelief is blown within the first 30 minutes of the movie. ANYWAY- The rest consists of Tony Curtis & John Boehner in a wig frantically trying to save the tumor lady from the evil Native American dwarf. At the end, the movie vaguely cites a 1968 Japanese case of fetus in fetu (where a twin is born inside of the other) in an attempt to spook the audience, but I really don't see how that relates to little people or Republicans, so...meh.

movie was okay. 400 yr old indian grow as tunmor on a lady's back. A shaman is summons to get rid of the old 400 yr old indian.

Pretty silly and cornball, the story of an Indian Shaman being reborn as a growth sac which comes out of the upper back of a woman in 70's San Francisco.

    What the fuck, over?

    Pass.

Even if the story becomes totally absurd, it has more in the way of creativity than most modern horror remakes. Full Review
