I didn't want to love The Hangover, I dont like it when I hear a lot of people call movies like this, one of the best ever made. But, to be honest this was much funnier then I thought it would be. The Hangover has no flaws, raunchy humour and fun quotable lines.

I agree that it's overhyped and overrated, but...there's no denying that it made me laugh a few times and none of the characters especially annoyed me, unlike many other comedy films that seem to be almost universally loved. I'll be watching the sequel really soon.

I was surprised to see that this was a watchable movie. It was pretty entertaining. And Mike Tyson can't act for shit. Vintage Tyson.

July 21, 2011fb223580Unoriginal but potentially entertaining premise, but the interaction between the cast members just wasn't witty, interesting or even natural enough to satisfy (my standard for bro movie dialogue is Judd Apatow). And Galifianakis, on whom the movie relied too much, annoyed and cr... read more

The movie smells like a hit, but honestly: Helms excepted, did it need to be quite so blandly cast, or quite so lamely raunchy? Full Review
There is a sort of perverse brilliance or brilliant perverseness to be found in this story of a bachelor party gone terribly wrong. Full Review
The Hangover, like the condition for which it's named, has some spirited moments, but more often it stumbles and slurs, regurgitating earlier pleasures and praying for the fog to lift. Full Review
Every summer needs at least one silly, dirty comedy, but The Hangover may end up being one of the few to actually get the mix right. Full Review
Superbly cast, well-written and so silly it makes your teeth ache. Full Review
Early in this unraveling adventure, a Vegas tourist quips, "Some guys just can't handle Vegas." Yeah, we know a couple: writers Jon Lucas and Scott Moore. Full Review
