Taking off directly from where the second film ended, the momentum is kept really well in this final and concluding chapter of the Millenium saga. All the intense and fatal events that transpired in the first two, are now culminated in a battle for justice that is to be settled i... read more

The conclusion to the swedish trilogy is quite a disappointing one. Knowing the events of the first two films before seeing this one is highly recommended because it will be easier to understand what is going on. Because the third book, is based mostly in the courtroom, and the... read more

A decent end to the trilogy. Better than Flickan som lekte med elden, but not quite as good as Män som hatar kvinnor.

A great and fitting conclusion to the Millennium Trilogy. Stronger than "The Girl Who Played with Fire," this film brings the whole series together in a tense and satisfying way. The court scenes are gripping and the final moments between Lisbeth and Mikael are perfectly sweet an... read more

A boring movie if you haven't seen the first two and a little slow at times, but a great ending to the series!

If you don't watch the second part, there is no point of watching this as it is 70% related to that. I thought it was just as good as the first one. The ending was great. Though the first one will always be on top of my list.

I can't say I'm sorry that this is the last I'll see of The 'Millennium Trilogy'. I may watch Fincher's version but I wont be in any rush. I found The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest to be both way too long and also quite dull. The first half involves people talking about doing... read more

Hornet's Nest has a steady, bulletlike trajectory. Full Review
The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest is too akin to the tidying up of a television-series finale - albeit a very classy franchise with fine characters and able performances. Full Review
If you haven't seen the first two films, do so and then see this one. If you have seen them, chances are you're already in the ticket line. Hornet's Nest has such a sweet sting. Full Review
Much of the problem can be traced to the villains of the piece: The snakes in the establishment are a bunch of really old white guys. Now this may be true to life, but it's hell on drama. Full Review
One of the knottiest, talkiest tangles of celluloid to roll into theaters this year. Full Review
Feels like the concluding chapter it is, with neatly tied loose ends and closing remarks, though it unfolds as something of a secular passion play. Full Review
An overgenerous helping of recapitulation, a long procedural that's more about Lisbeth's persecutors and protectors than about her. Full Review
Expunging the clichés, coincidences, flat dialogue and dull exposition will present a challenge for director David Fincher as he begins to remake the films in Hollywood. Full Review
The final, deeply satisfying conclusion to the trilogy of Swedish thrillers based on Stieg Larsson's bestselling novels. Full Review
