Cardone. The story begins in 1692, when five families from the Ipswich Colony of Massachusetts formed a covenant of silence that would forever protect their remarkable powers. One family went too far, though, and as a result of their transgression they were forever banished from the land. Flash forward to the new millennium and the four Sons of Ipswich are now the student elite at the prestigious Spenser Academy. Bound by their sacred ancestry and sworn to silence, these four teens share a secret so remarkable that it has served to protect their families for hundreds of years. The past has a way of coming back when you least expect it though, and when the fifth Son of Ipswich returns seeking to harness the powers denied him in the past, the battle is on to ensure the safety of The Covenant and lay the one descendent who threatens to reveal their secret to rest once and for all. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

All of these stars are purely because of the attractive men and the actually alright story with some great thrills and action scenes.

There was nothing special about it. Can be boring (most of the time) but got some cool action flicks. The ending was way too corny. Such a lame fight I tell you. Watch this if you're Steven's fan ... read more.dogproductshop.co.uk/smile/winking/winking0023.gif' alt='dog products' border='0'>. But I'm not his fan so it was kinda waste of time for me.

Stylish but the story needs lots of work and the actors need some acting classes. All they do is look pretty. :P

Kind've like a teenage version of Highlander, I loved it. Sure, it's a little corny but it doesn't stop you from enjoying the plot and characters. Given the targeted audience, it's surprising that it manages to be so original and well thought out. The powers are absolutely crazy ... read moreand the action makes no sense, but I wouldn't want it to. I've been really enjoying the series of movies that have come out recently that depict super-powered humans without costumes. They all manage to be entertaining and fun.

I wish I could rate this movie higher, but the story is complete bull, and has been overdone many times. What I can't seem to get over is how much it interested me while I went through this average ride. I was totally blown away by the excitement! I recommend it, but only once! I enjoyed this film a lot. Thought the story was interesting, and it didn't hurt that this film if filled with some nice looking guys. That can never hurt a film. I thought the fight scene was pretty cool. Seems like the way the movie ended there would be a sequel. Hope so. I would watch it.

Pretty cool... The scene where the truck smashed into the car but the car separated into bits before they connect in a collision then putting itself back in one piece... that was cool..., if you don't know what I'm on about...GO AND SEE IT!!! ^_^

Cool spooky fraternity movie about a group of males with magical powers, very simular to 'the craft' but a little let down by over dramatic fight scenes and use of extra ordinary magical powers.

The Covenant has excellent special effects (spiders and specters, oh my!), but it is strikingly lacking in suspense.
