This film is, as far as is known, the world's only Western with an all-midget cast. Many of these same actors were part of a performing troupe called Singer's Midgets, who also played Munchkins in The Wizard of Oz, released in 1939. ~ Brian Gusse, Rovi

This sort of came out of the blue for me. My girlfriend and I watched it from a DVD set that has nineteen other movies on it, and so far this is the best of the lot... which isn't saying much. The Terror of Tiny Town tells a very generic western story of the bad guy coming to tow... read moren, taking over and trying to frame the good guy. There's the generic love interest, the generic old man, the generic... well, generic everything. The only thing not generic is that everyone is four feet tall or less, including a young Andy Rooney. This is tough to sit through, and also a bit disturbing at times, but if you're looking for something that's different and worthy of a nightmare, then you'll enjoy The Terror of Tiny Town. It's not really good, but it will hold your attention for the most part because you'll just be amazed that someone took this seriously and actually made it.

The year 1938 saw the premiere of a light hearted screwball comedy that failed in its initial release, but has grown in cinematic stature to achieve classic status. That film was Bringing Up Baby.

A very weird early western featuring all midget cast, thought after watching it I'd say some of the midgets were just short people under 4 ft 11 inch does that make you a midget. Typical early western good guys wear white, bad guys wear black, Reading about the history of this mo... read morevie and why it was made was more interesting then the movie itself. Came from the Weird Cinema: 15 Freaky Flicks collection, which is rare and expensive. Also interesting note a number of these fine actors when on to star in The Wizard of Oz (the Munchkins). The history of the movie 5 stars, the movie itself 2 stars, sorry little guys.

a western cast entirely of midgets--i don't remember it being as such "good" but if you can find it, watch it!
