    A meandering tale of a family who go live out in the middle of nowhere to get away from it all. This movie has a good cast, but I just couldn't get into it.

    What a great flick! And one of the most unlikely of Shakespeare's works to get an update - but it worked. Glad it's finally out on DVD.

    Great cinematography and a very clever sreenplay treatmet! John Cassavetes and Gina Rowland deliver one their careers best performance. Raul Julia adds a spicy tone to the story line.
    A defeated marriage, a middle-age crisis and the desire for youth gives you a dark comedy scen... read moreario in wich Paul mazursky develops a superb flick. Set in the greek islands, "Tempest" deals with human relations in a very surreal way. A graet "sunday" movie!! Enjoy
