This sequel much like the original is only for kids and the extremely young at heart. The plot like the predecessor is entirely adequate but a major improvement is Michael J Fox's voice acting and actual scenes of action. It's better than the first one. But it's still a bit rubbish.

It was okay, not a improvement on the first, the first was much better.

one of the best sequels of all time that still stands out as one of those movies that is better than the first, mainly because of the villain, i mean how can you go wrong with James Wood

This is all the stuff that was so watchable the first time. Done over. But at least it's nonlethal entertainment.
The world of Stuart Little is a wonderful thing to snuggle into, as full of heart and pep and innocence as the title character himself.
A simple, charming little movie that's fit for both kids and parents. Full Review
[Stuart is] like every beloved pet we ever wished we could talk to. Full Review
As immaculate as Stuart Little 2 is, it could be a lot better if it were, well, more adventurous. Full Review
Has a lot more stupid action -- and a lot less heart -- than the character-driven original.
It reminds us that Nathan Lane is the best show stealer in show business. Full Review
Like the hugely successful first film, the sequel provides pleasant, engaging if largely disposable entertainment for the general audience. Full Review
