If this isn't the worst movie ever made, I'd be THRILLED to know what film is. Every little action is merely predictable, at best. This film is so poorly scripted that you only laugh when it is not intended. The mom-com genre isn't very big, nor do I know if it actually exists, s... read more

Death looks more accomodating than this film. No, that is not an exaggeration. Believe it or not; Sylvester Stallone actually has a lot of acting potential. He showed it in 'Rocky', 'First Blood', and 'Cop Land'. But, that begs the question - why did you do it, Sly? Were you boar... read more

No buddy team on film has managed to misfire quite so badly as Estelle Getty and Sylvester Stallone in this schmaltzy supposed comedy.

The late Estelle Getty deserved a better movie than this, even if I never really hated the movie. She was always a tiny and funny old woman, even in a bad movie like this. Her spunk, made the movie some-what entertaining at least.
Critic Reviews
It is moronic beyond comprehension, an exercise in desperation during which even Sylvester Stallone, a repository of self-confidence, seems to be disheartened. Full Review
As irksome as it is, the concept is actually better for Stallone than the premises of his earlier awful romps. Full Review

Gag. Stallone's character should have been shot by overbearing Getty Mom.

Sly is well meaning but just misses the mark.
Stallone & Getty? No magic here.
Further proof that Sly should stick to action.
Being shot might be preferable to sitting through this
