clues to fellow comedy lovers that what you rented is not a "comedy":
1) if its a sequel all the funny actors are gone, while the asshats are back!
2) if its a sequel and the title is the same with one extra word for extra wow
3) if Luis Guzman is not only in it, but on the co... read more -

It's pretty impressive when you can take a successful movie like Waiting (with it's one trick pony style) and get most of the original cast to return to what will surely be a lass-than-stellar sequel. On it's own, the sequel sucks ass. But take away everything that made the first... read more

The first movie was better than this one, and not as funny. The characters were dull and boring, with not much comedy antics in any scene.

I don't care what anyone says,I love this and think its way better than the first one. One of the reasons for this is I hate Ryan Rynolds and Dane cook. I liked the continuation of the story from the first and thought the side characters really shinned in this.

Not nearly as good as the first one, and two big names don't return, but I knew that going in. Most of the returning characters only have very brief roles. Still was ok though.

Nowhere near the movie that the first one was. Certain people were funny as hell, and some of the references to "Waiting" had me chuckling pretty hard (particularly. Justin Long), but overall, at $3 for a used copy, I kinda feel like I overpaid.

Decent try with a few laughs, but nothing like the first movie, and the fact that they had my "twin" as the hostess and not waiting tables kinda left me sad....would have been better if she was on the floor...but a good effort

for a sequel that went straight to dvd, it turned out pretty well. they kept a lot of the same humor, and a good 50% of the original cast. But, when you think about it, the employees would have changed anyway. they were being realistic. :D
Critic Reviews
A dreadful movie, and worse, if you can believe this one, something of a disappointment. With nothing new to offer the world of restaurant parody, this needless sequel is more skilled at lowering IQs ... Full Review
