A pretty entertaining film, the use of the wrestling was pretty clever for the timing of it's release and Tobey Maguire makes a pretty good Peter Parker/Spiderman.
Some great effects and stunts too.
Marvel's effort at trying to do what Burton did with the Batman. Introduce the webhead as a serious legitimate property for film.
