Not one of John Carpenter's best moments but for a late 70's TV movie it's better than most. It's biggest weak point is the killer's reveal which once you see him you find yourself wondering who the hell he was.

A woman moves into a high rise apartment and finds herself tormented by a stalker. One thing she doesn't even bother to do until the last act of the film is close her fucking drapes, which could go a long way towards curbing this type of behavior.
