    An anime based upon the popular videogame series (popular when this was made). I have never played the games, so I cannot vouche for how close the plot is to them, but I like it, even though it hits cliches (the detective can't sovle a case until he's fired from it, news programs... read more playing at the right time, etc.). The animation is very solid and the early mix of 2D and 3D looks good, even still, and while the characters aren't ultra-deep, there is enough backstory to keep you interested.

    I liked the feel of this movie, the story is good. The guy can kick some serious ass. A good anime overall.

    An American made anime with horrible voice acting. The guy who plays the main character, John, who is black, is played by a fat white man from the south... who can't voice act... terrible.
