a little better then the the first, but still too silly, yet fun to see, as everyone's favorite toddler's are back, on a trip to paris, and nearly destroyed it. B-

I like it better than the first Rugrats Movie. All the new characters are wonderful, as are the old favorites.

Now this is what I am talking about! This is what the first movie should have been. Funny, exciting, unforgettable, and sad. I highly recommend this film.
