This movie was a great disappointment!! Poor special effects of the creature and ridiculous horror story because it didn't scare me.

Shockingly adequate. I'd not recommend it unless you are a fan of just watching random horror movies. It's definitely not for the mainstream blockbuster crowd.

I liked Dead Birds so I was hoping to like Red Sands.It started out alright but then turned into a Sci Fi Channel movie.I was hoping it would be good but I think the crappy looking demon ruined it for me & I just lost interest

A silly horror movie about a demonic genie that kills an infantry squad of US soldiers in Iraq. Shane West was ok, but the rest of the cast over-acted. The movie also had some great looking shots, but didn't amount up to much. Not good enough to be 'good' not bad enough to be 'bad'.
