Was fun and the kids enjoyed it. I think i expected more considering the cast. The kids in this are both going to be good actors at the rate they are going and well it had the Rock.

This sci-fi adventure aims mostly at a young audience and maybe they would even have fun with this. As an adult, there is very little of interest here. The Rock has been more charismatic in films, it feels as if he didn't really want to be there. The plot is rather predictable an... read more

Dwayne Johnson should have stuck with wrestling, because he's not a very good actor. Despite his lousy efforts in this movie, however, it's not bad overall. Very rushed and cheesily written, but at least it never bored me. Neat special effects and a decent Disney feature, worth w... read more

Boring and cheesy, Dwayne is on a tipping point with these kids movies.

Jack Bruno: You do know how to fly this thing, right?
Seth: How did you think we got here?
Jack Bruno: Well, you crashed, remember?
Not a lot to recommend here. The film is passable enough as light family action fare. It helps that you have someone as likable as The Rock and th... read more -

The planet-hopping children have special talents -- telekinesis, telepathy etc. -- although it is the high-wattage lovability of Mr. Rock that's the real superpower on display here. Full Review
There is so much in this film that needed to be tweaked and enhanced to really make it special. Full Review
I think most kids and certainly most adults are going to find themselves bored. Full Review
The movie has Johnson, who lifts the script above its conventional cat-and-mouse stratagems with his buoyant wiseacre timing. Full Review
Wow, when Disney misses the 'reimagining' mark, it really misses. Full Review
This is not a story that cries out to be remade every 15-20 years. And, while the special effects and acting are getting better, the story isn't. Full Review
For all that energy, the film never really goes into orbit. Full Review
Bears all the signs of having been composed by an inferior race of alien screenwriters from the Hackulon System. Full Review
A fast and furious wild ride of a movie in which the good guys are good, the bad guys are good and the car chases are pretty spectacular. Full Review
