This movie was so annoying. It's repetitive, slow, and strange. It's an experimental film so there's really not a story, but it has something to do with a clown loving the moon or something, I think. Anyway it got on my nerves, and I don't recommend seeing it.

When watching Kenneth Anger shorts, I attempt to figure out what everything means. Soon after I give up but I can indulge in the fascinating visuals and Anger's delightful taste in 50's doo-wop and British Pop. Cheers to pretentious experimentalists.

There are two versions of Rabbit's Moon, a 16 minute and a 7 minute cut. While the stories are essentially the same, they are very different in tone. It shorter cut is playful and sinister, while the original is romantic and filled with pathos.
