Other than production value, Prey offers very little new to the killer animal genre.

It's not just predictable, it's not just boring, it's not just a waste of time. It's all three. Remember this kids: Lions WILL fuck you up. No matter what. These aren't even genetically modified CGI lions. Just dull lions. Dull lions that are invisible until the very last second ... read moreand can smash through windows. But wait. There is some drama here to. Moynahan and her new husbands daughter don't exactly get along. Can you imagine? I do hope they learn to get along. After all life and death situations tend to increase bonding by 67%. Some great dialogue as well such as "Out here YOU are the zoo" or something, I wasn't really listening. Just don't bother.

Cheesy movie where Lions eat people, I am there!

I was a bit shock when lions appear close-up in the scenes. Good thrilling and I can imagine what this movie is like Cujo meets The Ghost and the Darkness.

Criminally underrated, "Prey" is akin to the 1970's classic, "In The Shadow Of Kilimanjaro" in its theme. The acting is top notch, as are the production values. There isn't much to the story, but the film doesn't require a lot as its already pretty interesting and suspenseful.

This movie was mis-advertised. I would love to see Hitchcock make this movie, but this film had no concept of creating tension

OK, this doesn't set out to be a horror masterpiece, but it achieves what it sets out to do which is being a decent horror/thriller. Too bad Carly Schroeder didn't show any skin. This is easily recommended for a rental.

Praticamente uma refilmagem de Cujo com leġes e com um roteiro infinitamente mais idiota.

Prey is fifty kinds of obnoxious, loud and dreary, at times flat out unwatchable. Full Review

I've always been a sucker for Animals Attack! movies, and this one manages to be a half-decent time-waster, if only in a 'rainy matinee' sort of way. Full Review
