This was when pokemon started to die to me. This was the last pokemon movie with the original cast and they just made it fall flat and pokemon nowadays is on life support only with the games keeping it alive and the newer TV show with the whole cast being different (except for Pi... read morekachu which would be blasphemy if she was replaced) just keeps putting another nail in its coffin, or you could just say this movie was boring and it was the start of the death of pokemon

Great Pokemon movies since Pokemon : The First Movie..!!! The story is simple, really simple, but that works great for me... Besides, no bad Pokemon in this movie makes a big difference between another Pokemon movies... Now I know the recipe to make a great Pokemon movie, by havi... read moreng Mew in it...

The story itself is fresh and welcome to the series on all accounts. There are some well choreographed twists and a convincingly apocalyptic scene that builds up to the movie's sincerely touching conclusion. The movie's soundtrack is equally intriguingly above-par. The blending o... read moref 2D hand-drawn anime and 3D rendering effects is crisp and clean, and it works very well with the show. Overall, Lucario and the Mystery of Mew is an excellent endeavor by Pikachu Project.

I really enjoyed this Pokemon movie. However the storyline is a bit confusing when you've already scene the 1st movie. Ash appears to not know much about Mew, or vice versa, which don't make sense. Still fun on it's own though. ^_^

Oh my gosh! This is the last Pokemon movie that I've seen, and, unlike the ones before it, I loved it. Like the first three, this one had a part in it that made me sob. The screen looked blurred through my tears, and I was holding my Pikachu plushie tightly. If a movie can make m... read moree do that, it rocks.

This is a good movie I love the beginning sequence. I love the story the action it was unique. What was odd though was trying to figure out the role Mew played in the movie. But it was awesome seeing Mew back nonetheless. The story had thrills, action, and even made me feel sad.

Okay, after Pokemon Heroes, the Pokemon Movies started getting lame. Don't flame me for saying that, it's my opinion. But this movie had a decent story. Was I the only one who was reminded of Shadow the Hedgehog when learning of Lucario? But overall, the only Pokemon movie I'd wa... read morent to own.

While I've seen a lot of crap pokemon movies over the years(though I did love 2000 and 3 a little), but this is a movie I actually don't mind. I think alot of it is because of the fact that I think Lucario is a ****ing cool looking pokemon. The plot also reminds me kind of pokemo... read moren 4ever, except this is much cooler.

If only Mewtwo had been given the sympathy and closure that Lucario had, then I might like his movie better as I do his character. Great plot, Ash's character arc is wonderful, and it's so beautiful.
