I loved the way Doris Day could let you know she's angry and let you have it...and still be a lady. Her comedy at it's best.

In all fairness I just don't like David Niven, but the movie itself isn't too bad, Doris does a great job as always.

Well, pretty boring and plotless, I thought. It had a bunch of songs put in just so she could sing, and most of them didn't make any sense in the context of the movie. But at least I've seen Doris Day in something now.

Singing the song now...what a wonderful "pick me up" movie!!! Gotta love the old musical movies!!!!!

It's so ho-hum, it's hard to stay awake through it. And the title? One of the Mackay kids eats the daisies at the new house. Somehow, in the book that seemed a lot funnier. Full Review
